Oxley Partners is a Chartered Accountancy Practice located in Bowral with a proud history of over 20 years in the Southern Highlands of NSW.

Established in 2005, the practice is the result of the merger that incorporates the practices and experience of Bowral practices SA Coupe and Horne & Co with Sydney firms Blackah & Co Pty Ltd and Michael J Bladen Pty Ltd.

Oxley Partners staff, led by three principal Chartered Accountants - Michael Bladen, Debra Blackah and Trevor Fair, are well positioned to provide accounting services and advice to a variety of clients, from working professionals to retirees, investors and business owners.

Michael Bladen PARTNER

Michael is an experienced Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor of Commerce.

He prides himself on his admirable reputation for attention to detail ensuring accurate and precise work is carried out by his team.

Debra Blackah PARTNER

Debra has 25 years experience as
a Chartered Accountant and Financial Planner.
She is passionate about Self Managed Super Funds and Estate Planning Advisory and enjoys assisting clients in this area of practice.

Trevor Fair PARTNER

Trevor, as well as a Chartered Accountant, is CPA qualified, SMSF Auditor and a graduate from AICD, and has practical experience in aviation, agriculture and government. Trevor utilises this vast experience to ensure his clients business, taxation and financial needs are achieved.
